Both Seamus and Spencer have started their training as "Therapy Donkeys". They are being trained by SaeJin Trombley, trainer and barn manager at Butternut Ridge. They have already clocked in several hours of nursing home visits with great success. In addition they have been to a charity party benefiting Thera-Pets and acted as Miniature Donkey ambassadors at the Sterling, MA Town Fair.
They will be showing off some of their therapy skills at the Fryeburg Fair in Fryeburg, Maine the last week in September
